At Kaira Ware, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward returns process for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please review the following terms carefully before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- You receive the wrong item
- The product has manufacturer defects
To be eligible, your request must meet the following conditions:
- Submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products returned after the 7-day period
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email [email protected] with your order number, product name, and reason for return
- Attach clear photos showing the issue (if applicable)
- Wait for our support team to review and respond with return instructions
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
If your return is approved:
- We will arrange a pickup if possible
- If self-shipping is required, we will provide the return address
- Kaira Ware will bear the return shipping cost only for defective or incorrect products
5. Refund Process
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via one of the following methods:
- A replacement product sent free of charge
- A cash refund only in exceptional cases, provided via local transfer or remittance service (subject to verification)
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the original and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process after delivery.
